Plaza de la Romanilla 19

This apartment enjoys a prime location in one of the most central and remarkable squares in Granada.

The guiding principle behind the project was to preserve and restore the original materials wherever possible.

Hydraulic tile flooring, exposed original brick walls, timber structural posts, and steel-and-glass doors bring a rich spatial character to the different rooms, enhancing the apartment’s identity and atmosphere.

Another key objective was to make the most of the abundant natural light and the exceptional views that this home enjoys, further strengthening the sense of openness and connection to its surroundings.
